PRODUCT RANGE
Different settings need different solutions. Different providers and different features vary also, but we aim to cater for as much of the market as possible. A high-volume bar wants a fast countertop unit; a table-service restaurant wants portables; a smaller SME may want to use their own equipment/phone. We supply all of it — including the new generation of Android smart terminals (PAX, Castles) that run apps, not just basic payments.Using our UI is the key to the value we can bring, we drive better reporting, more tips, and the data we generate can support your business and our tipping solutions forward.
Fixed countertop
Ingenico and Verifone classics, plus newer Android smart units. Wired Ethernet, fast settlement, lowest cost per transaction. The right answer for till-based retail and bar service. Often limited area of screen, so may not support all of our best features.
Portable
Bluetooth or WiFi (normally the latter) units that can be taken to the table, customer chair, or the treatment room. Even if you have a power cut, you can still take payments as long as the device is charged.
Mobile (4G / Wi-Fi)
Smart terminals with a SIM, or to supplement WiFi for redundancy and backup connectivity. Any business that needs to be mobile, or just wants that flexibility anywhere there's no fixed connection.
Integrated
We can work with your EPOS, PMS or ISV to integrate the devices into your systems. This can be a perfect way to speed up transactions, reduce errors, and still benefit from our UI and great rates. Soft POS (tap-to-phone)
Turn an Android phone into a card terminal. Not necessary for a hardware purchase. However, we suggest for higher volume areas a dedicated unit – although this can be a lot ‘lighter’ than a full terminal, without printers etc. PCI-compliant out of the box.
Short term hire
We know that not every business wants or needs a solution 24/7/365. We can support our systems and solutions for short term events, be this for existing clients needing more units, or new clients with one off events.

Tips the way they were meant to be
On modern smart terminals (Castles, Sunmi and PAX, or similar Android devices) the Tip4 software can run natively — not as a parallel device, not as a QR code stuck to the till, and take the payments in one flow. The user identification, bill splitting, calculator, tipping prompts, RoundUp, surcharge model (optional), and the tronc routing — all on the same screen the customer is already using to pay. Customers don’t want to use separate payments, so don’t make them.
